For more than 20 years, my life and career have centered around caring for other people. Somewhere between being a wife, mother, social worker, and everything else life required of me, I realized I needed to learn how to pour some of that same care back into myself.

That realization became Brooklyn Sky.

Brooklyn is my daughter—my rainbow baby—who arrived prematurely and spent her first month in the NICU. She represents resilience, possibility, and the legacy I want to leave behind.
